is an intermediate performance film with a 5 year exterior
durability. Featuring 29 vivid colors, this film is the choice for
value conscious producers of P.O.P. displays, banners and promotional
graphics. Construction of CustomCal Plus is a 3.5 mil face with
permanent adhesive. |
| Hi-Brite
Vinyls are premium quality, flexible, opaque, high gloss films
designed for architectural, transportation and general signage
applications. Construction of the film is 2 mil with permanent
adhesive which provides exceptional value for applications requiring
vivid colors combined with durable cast film performance. Exterior
durability of this product is 5 years. |
| Glass Etch
is a 2 mil high performance cast vinyl film that simulates acid etching
when applied to a glass surface. With permanent adhesive and 5
year durability, this product offers a cost effective alternative for
specialized lettering and graphics. |
| High
Performance Films are 2 mil cast, conformable vinyl with a
permanent adhesive. They are opaque, flexible, durable films
designed for long lasting, high quality graphics. Exterior
durability is 7 years (5 years for Metallics) when properly applied to
vertical exposures. |
| Translucent Vinyls
are 2.3 mil high performance cast films coated with a clear, permanent
adhesive. The face film is low gloss, fully pigmented vinyl
designed for illuminated signs, window graphics and flexible sign
faces. Exterior durability is 5 years when properly applied to
vertical exposures. |
| Insignia Cloth is a
woven polyester fabric coated with an acrylic based permanent
adhesive. The adhesive back bonds to nylon, polyester and other
synthetic woven fabrics. The material has a 2 year exterior
durability when properly processed and applied to vertical
exposures. Insignia Cloth can be cut on a typical vinyl
plotter. The plotter blade should be new, sharp, (60° blade
preferred).
Use a high tack
application tape (R-4885) to apply the Insignia Cloth to another
woven fabric. The adhesive should be allowed to setup for 24 hours
after application to the substrate before being exposed to the
elements. Applications include lettering and graphics for sails,
banners, flags, awnings and other high visibility signage.

| Premium Reflective Vinyls
are long life retroreflective films which meet or exceed the applicable
requirements of the Federal Specification L-S-300C (Reflectivity
1). The 9000 series is designed for computer cutting equipment and
provides excellent cutting weeding, transferring and conforming
characteristics. Exterior durability of the 9000 series is 7 years
when properly processed and applied. |
